Devilled chicken got its name because of its spiciness. This is a common delicious food among srilankans.
It’s a really tasty dish that I am sure you will make it again and again.
Steps
1. Marinate the chicken with chilly sauce ,pepper powder, salt ,chilli flakes and corn flour
2. Keep it for minimum 1 hour
3. Fry (shallow) the chicken in oil and remove excess oil and keep aside
4. Saute pieces of ginger ,garlic, onion, greenchillies and curry leaves in oil
5. Add tomato sauce, chilli sauce, soya sauce pepper powder, chilli flakes and some salt
6. Add fried chicken, capsicum ,tomato, spring onion and coriander leaves
7. Mix altogether….. 2 minutes …. You are done.
