Here’s the recipe:
PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE SMOOTHIE
Red Layer:
Muddled Strawberries
Grenadine
Yellow layer:
1 oz. (30ml) Pineapple Rum
1 oz. (30ml) Whipped Cream Vodka
1 1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice
1.5 cups Frozen Pineapple Chunks
Strawberry Garnish
PREPARATION
1. In a goblet, muddle strawberries with Grenadine syrup.
2. Blend Frozen Pineapple chunks with pineapple rum, whipped cream vodka and pineapple juice.
3. Pour blended mix over red layer and garnish with a strawberry. Enjoy responsibly!
