This video shows how to make three Chicken Starter- Chicken Goldcoin, Chicken Fry and Chicken Pakora or Chicken Tikki. For these easy and quick Chicken Recipes you will need the following ingredients :-

CHICKEN GOLDCOIN

INGREDIENTS

Chicken Keema – 200 gms
Chopped Ginger – half tbsp
Chopped Garlic – half tbsp
Chopped Onion – 1 nos.
Egg (beaten) – 1 nos.
Green chillies chopped- 2 nos.
Coriander leaves- 1 tbsp
Bread slices (cut with a cookie cutter to make it round)- 4 to 5 pieces
Salt – 1 tsp
Black Pepper -1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – half tsp
White sesame seeds
Oil- 2 tbsp
Cornflour- 1 tbsp
METHOD
Mix the keema with salt, black pepper, red chilli powder, chopped onion, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, chopped green chillies, cornflour and coriander leaves. Mix nicely.
Take a round slice of bread and brush beaten egg and paste the chicken mix on top of it. Again brush the beaten egg on top and sprinkle little white seasme seeds.
Heat oil in a pan. Always put the  side with the chicken paste first and deep fry till the side turns brown. Once done flip it and fry the other side till brown. Chicken Gold coin is ready.
Serve hot with sauce or chutney of your taste.
 
CHICKEN MURMURA FRY

INGREDIENTS

Boneless chicken pieces – 4 to 5 nos.
Cornflour – 2 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder- 1 tbsp
Crushed Black Pepper- 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Egg (beaten)- 1 nos.
Murmur Powder or puffed rice powder- 3 to 4 tbsp
Oil- 4 tbsp

METHOD

Marinate the chicken pieces with salt, black pepper,cornflour and red chilli powder for 5 minutes.
Coat the marinated pieces with beaten egg then roll it in murmura powder and deep fry. Fry till golden brown on both sides. Garnish with chat masala and coriander leaves.
Serve hot with sauce or chutney of your choice.

CHICKEN TIKKIS

INGREDIENTS

Chicken Keema – 200 gms
Chopped Ginger – half tbsp
Chopped Garlic – half tbsp
Chopped Onion – 1 nos.
Egg (beaten) – half nos.
Green chillies chopped- 2 nos.
Parsley leaves- 2 tbsp
Small bread slices – 4 to 5 pieces
Salt – 1 tsp
Black Pepper -1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – half tsp
Murmur powder or puffed rice powder- 2 tbsp
White sesame seeds
Oil- 2 tbsp
Cornflour- 1 tbsp

METHOD

Mix chicken keema, add salt, black pepper, red chilli powder, chopped green chillies, chopped onion, chopped ginger, chopped garlic, cornflour, beaten egg, small bread pieces, parsley leaves, murmura powder. Mix all together.
Make round tikkis and coat them with white sesame seeds and deep fry them in hot oil . Fry both the sides till golden brown.
Serve hot with sauce or chutney of your choice.
