Here’s the recipe:
LEMON RASPBERRY CHAMPAGNE FLOAT
4 oz. (120ml) Champagne
1 oz. (30ml) Limoncello
Raspberry Sorbet
Raspberries
Lemon Garnish
PREPARATION
1. Add a scoop of raspberry sorbet to base of glass and pour over limoncello.
2. Top with champagne and garnish with raspberries and lemon peel. Enjoy responsibly!
