I found this simple skillet recipe many years ago on a can label. I made some tweaks, and my family loved it. Because it’s so easy to put together, it’s a real timesaver for people with super busy schedules.
Ingredients:
-Olive oil 4 tbls
-Beef qeema (Beef mince) 1KG
-Pyaz (onion) chopped 2 large
-Lehsan & Adrak paste (Garlic & Ginger paste) 2 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tbls or to taste
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-HALDI pOWDER (Turmeric Powder) 1/4 tsp
-Dried oregano 1 tsp
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) 4 (blanched & grinded)
-Vinegar 2 Tbls
-Chili Sauce 4 Tbls
-Soy sauce 5 Tbls
-Pani (Water) 2 Glass or as required
-Fresh basil leaves chopped ½ tbs
-Elbow macaroni 1 Pakit (Boiled as per pack’s instructions)
-Cheddar cheese grated 1 Cup or as required
-Fresh basil leaves chopped
-1-Cup Julienne Cut Carrot
-1-Cup Julienne Cut Capsicum
-1-Cup Julienne Cut Cabbage
