PERSIAN CHICKEN KABAB RECIPE | HOW TO COOK EASY PERSIAN KABAB | CHICKEN KABAB


Persian Chicken Kabab Recipe:

To Season and Fry the Kabab:
– Red Chili Powder – 2 tsp
– Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
– Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
– Salt – 2 tsp
– Red Bell Pepper (finely chopped) – ½ cup
– Onion (finely chopped) -1/2 cup
– Green Chilies – 2-4
– Ginger Paste – 2 tsp
– Corn Starch – 2 tsp
– Oil (to fry) – 1 cup

For Sides with the Kabab:
– Cherry tomatoes- 20 pcs
– Onion – 1 (cut in chunks)
– Jalapeno Pepper – 1
– Green Chili – 5

Step 1: Season the Ground Chicken:
– Mix all the spices with the ground chicken
– Mix everything together

Step 2: Fry the Kabab:
– Place the kabab mix on the pan , spread it evenly throughout the pan
– Place the pan on the stove
– Let the oil heat up and cook it for 3-4 mins
– Cut the kabab with a spatula to your desire shape
– Cover it and cook for 4-5 mins
– Open the lid and cook it for another 3 -4 min until the all the juice absorbs by the kabob
– Flip the kabab and cook the kababs on the other for 2-3 min in high heat
– Once done transfer it on a platter

Step 3: Fry the tomatoes, onions, and pepper:
– Use the same pan and leftover from the fry
– Add the tomatoes, onion, and pepper to the pan
– Fry it 2-3 minutes to give it a charred color
– Once done transfer them on the platter and serve it with the kabab
