Ingredients for Mince (Qeema) Mix

Beef Mince (Qeema): 1/2 kg
Salt: 1 tbs (or as per taste)
Red Chilli Powder: 1 tsp
Red Chilli Flakes: 1 tsp
Whole Spice Powder (Garam Masaala): 1 tsp
Coriander Powder (Dhaniya Powder): 1 tbs
Cummin Seeds: 2 tbs
Turmeric Powder: 1/2 tsp
Ginger & Garlic Paste: 2 tbs
Green Chilli (Chopped): 5 pcs
Yogurt: 250 gram
Oil: 1/2 cup
Onions (Sliced): 2 large
Tomatoes (Chopped): 3 large
Dry Plums: 6 pcs (or as per choice)

Ingredients for Rice Garnishing

Oil for fry
Onion (Sliced): 2 medium

Ingredients for Boiling Rice

Water: 2 to 3 liters
Cinnamon: 2 small pcs
Cardamom: 3 pcs
Star Aniseed: 2 small pcs
Javitri: 2 small pcs
Black Cardamom: 1 pcs
Bay Leaves: 3 pcs
Black Peppers: 1/2 tsp
cloves: 5 pcs
Cummin Seeds: 1 tsp
Green Chillis (cut in half): 3 pcs
lemon Juice: 1 tbs
Oil: 3 tbs
Salt: 1 tsp
Rice: 500 gram

Ingredients for Rice Layering

Lemon Slices: 2 pcs
Fresh Mint Leaves
Green Coriander
Green Chillies
Orange Food Color: 1/2 tsp (mix in 2 to 3 tbs of water)
