Kadhai Chicken

Kadhai masala
Ingredients:
1 Dry Kashmiri red chilli
1 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tbsp fennel seeds
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp poppy seeds
Method
On medium heat flame set a nonstick pan and add all spicese and rost for few minutes or till aroma released. Now grained in fain powder.
Chicken kadhai
Ingredients:
1. Chicken 1kg
2. 5 Tomatos
3. 4 slit green chillies
4. 2″ gengar cut in julienne
5. 1 bowl chopped coriander leaves
6. Ginger garlic paste
Spices powder
1. 1 tbsp Coriander powder
2. 1 tbsp cumin powder
3. 2 tbsp Red chilli powder
4. 2 tbsp garam masala
5. 1 tbsp black pepper powder
6. 1 tbsp salt
7. 1tbsp chili flakes
8. 1 tbsp kasuri methi
9. 1 cup Ghee
10. 1 cup curd
11. 1 cup fresh cream
Method
1. Take a heavy bottom pan or kadhai on medium flame
2. Heat the ghee & add slit chicken pieces slowly.
3. Roast till chicken changes the colour.
4. Now add ginger garlic paste, chopped tomatoes & salt slightly saute now cover with lied & keep medium low heat for 5minutes.
5. After 5 minutes open the lid & peel the skin of tomatoes & mash the tomatoes.
6. In that add kadhai Masala, spices powder & all other spices powder mix well add again cover the lid for 5 minutes.
7. Now open the lid keep it on a slow flame & add curd mix and add chilli, ginger, kasuri methi 1/2 cup water mix well and cover for more 5 minutes.
8. After 5 minutes garnish with coriander leaves and fresh cream.
9. Now serve the awesome, easy & very quick chicken kadhai with roti or rice.
