Crispy Kibbeh
You guys know how much I love showing you new recipe & this I sone of my new finds, a very old & traditionally recipes made in different parts of the Middle East, its easy, tasty & perfect for the monsoons & don’t stress vegetarians there is a recipe for a veg version below.

Ingredients
For the daily mixture
1 cup Daliya (washed & soaked)
1 medium onions (roughly chopped)
1 tbsp chopped coriander
2 tsp garam masala
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp dried mint/fresh mint
1 tsp black peper powder
1 12 tsp salt
500 gm mince chicken (use mashed potatoes as veg option)
For the filling
2-3 tbsp oil
1/4 cup chopped onions
2 tbsp sliced garlic
1 piece chopped chilli
1 1/2 tbsp sliced almonds
500 gm chicken mince or (paneer & soya granules for veg options)
Season with salt & pepper
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp chopped coriander
Other ingredients
Oil for deep frying
