Butter chicken is one of the popular curries in India. thia recipe is easy to make and goes well with chapathi, poori, naan and briyani as well.This can be easily made at home.The ingredients are given below:
To marinate:
1/2 kg chicken
3 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
salt
oil for frying
To grind:
1 inch cinnamon
1 clove
1 big onion
1 big tomato
1 inch ginger
5-7 garlic
for making curry:
butter 25 g
1 onion chopped
kasuri methi
