Here’s the recipe:
FELIZ NAVIDAD

1 ½ oz. (45ml) Tequila
3 oz. (90ml) Spiced Hot Chocolate*
1 oz. (30ml) Buttermilk
3 oz. (90ml) Heavy Cream
1 oz. (30ml) Spiced Dark Rum
2 dashes Aztec Bitters
Garnish: Cinnamon
PREPARATION
1. Combine tequila, chocolate bitters, and spiced hot chocolate* in a mixing glass and roll between two glasses to mix.
2. Combine heavy cream, buttermilk, and spiced dark rum in a shaker and shake well.
3. Strain the mix into your serving glass and carefully top with the spiced heavy cream mix.
4. Sprinkle ground cinnamon for garnish.
DRINK RESPONSIBLY!
*Spiced Hot Chocolate: Combine raw chocolate (2x habanero, 1x ginger), 1 cup of skim milk, 12 oz. (360ml) evaporated milk, 8 oz. (240ml) condensed milk, 1 tbsp vanilla extract, 1 tbsp cinnamon extract, 1 tbsp cayenne, nutmeg, clove in a pot and slow cook for 2 hours and strain
