Chicken marination:
Chicken fillet 1 kg
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Paprika 1/2 tsp
Sprinkle all of these spices on both sides of chicken and spread evenly. Marinate for 30min
Filling:
Spinach leaves 1.5 cups (finely chopped)
Cream cheese 2 tbsp
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
Dried basil a pinch
Mozzarella 1 cup
Make a slit in every piece of chicken. Fill 1 tbsp of filling in each piece and then seal them using toothpicks.
Frying:
Oil 1/4 cup
Fry these fillets in a pan, on high heat, for about 1-2 min on both sides.
When they turn golden, take them out in a baking dish. Cover it with foil.
Baking:
Preheat the oven on 180 degrees celsius.
Place the baking dish into the oven and bake for 30 min on 180 degrees celsius.
Sauce:
Butter 1/4 cup
Garlic 1 clove chopped
Mustard 2 tbsp
Cream 1 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
In a pan, melt the butter and add chopped garlic. Fry it for a few seconds and then add mustard paste, cream, salt, black pepper and give it all a mix.
Serving:
In a platter, place a chicken fillet and pour the sauce over it.
Also, sprinkle some freshly chopped parsley on it.
