No Bake Banana Biscuit Pudding Recipe | Easy Dessert Recipes
Ingredients:
2 cups hot water
1 packet banana jelly
2 bananas
3tsp (10g) unflavoured gelatine
1/4 cup cold water
2 egg yolks
1tsp vanilla
3/4 cup (150g) sugar
3tbsp (28g) cornflour
or vanilla/banana custard powder
2 cups (500ml) milk
1 cup (250g) cream
2/3 cup (150g) cream/mascarpone cheese
2 bananas
1 packet digestive biscuit
