Pallipalayam Chicken Recipe
Add the following ingredients into a kadai,
Coconut oil – 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Fennel seeds – 1/2 tsp
Red chilli – 10-12 no
Shallots – 20-25 no(chopped)
Ginger Garlic paste – 2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder – 2 tsp
Chilli Powder – 1-2 tsp (optional)
Salt – as per taste
Coconut(cut into slices) – 1 cup
Chicken – 1/2 kg
Water – as required
Coriander leaves – as required
Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Pepper powder – 2 tsp
Once the chicken becomes dry and the oil starts to separate add,
Some fresh Coconut piece again.
Some fresh Curry leaves.
Turn off the gas.
Now our Pallipalayam Chicken is ready to be served.We can serve this authentic chicken accompaniment with a bowl of steamed white rice,variety rice or even with briyaani.
