Chicken(with bones) – 200 gms

To Grind:
Onion – 1
Tomato – 1
Red Chilli powder – 2 tsp
Cumin Powder – 2 tbsp

(For Coconut Paste)
Coconut – 4 tbsp
Cashew – 2 tsp

(For Curry)
Oil – 3 tbsp
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Cinnamon – 1
Cardamom – 2
Clove – 2
Onion (Finely chopped) – 1
Ginger(Shredded) – 1 tbsp
Garlic – 5 cloves (Chopped & soaked in 2 tbsp Yoghurt)
Salt (as required)
Coriander leaves (For garnishing)
