Ingredients for the chicken-
1 full chicken
1 TSP methi
1-1/2 TSP dry coriander
Half TSP cumin powder
1 TSP Turmeric powder
1-1/2 TSP salt (Add according to your taste)
1-1/2 TSP red chilli flakes (Add according to your taste)
Half TSP kashmiri red chilli
1 TSP ginger/garlic
1 cup yogurt
2 medium onion
3 TBS oil
Ingredients for rice-
2 cups of rice
1 TBS salt (Add according to your taste)
Cinnamon stick
Cloves
Black cardamom
1-1/2 TSP Black pepper (Add according to your taste)
Green coriander
3 Green chillies
Mint
