Chicken bread pakora
Ingridents :
Boneless chicken 1pao
Cream. 3 tbsp
Chesse 1/2cup
Salt as per taste
Bread crumbs. 1/2 cup
For coating :
Chickpea powder 1.5 cup
Red pepper. 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Salt per taste
Baking Soda. Pinch
Water as required
Method :
1. In a wide pan pour oil , put boneless chicken and fry until it get tender, add salt and 1 tbsp of a achari masala , fry and when water get dried, and oil prominent set them aside .
2. Now add cubed capcicum and mix them well.
3.take bread and cut the edges of bread and press with rolling pin.make one by one in this way .
4 .put mixture on the bread , and coat with egg on edges, cover another bread , press the edges.
5. Now in a wide plate pour mixture of chickpea, dip the bread ,and shallow fry it , cook both sidee well , when it is cooked well both sides take take them of off the heat.
6. Now cut them into 4 pieces .
7.Serve hot with tomato ketchup or mayao sauce.
