6-7 ice cubes
1 banana
2 tablespoons of peanut butter (take out if you have allergies)
1/2 cup of quick oats
1/2 cup of granola
1 1/2 cups of milk (I drink almond milk, so if you do not please feel free to put whatever you want)
2 scoops of protein isolate
Optional: cinnamon, honey
