Chicken malai tikka is tender and juicy kebabs which are marinated in curd and spices and grilled. In our recipe is a homemade recipe without tandoor. We have made this recipe in a pan and it is equally tasty.. This is a perfect starters/appetizer for any party. In every bite, you will feel a delicious burst of flavours. Serve the hot tikkas with Mint Coriander chutney. This recipe is loved by all age group.

(Ingredients)
Chicken 250gms
Curd – 1 tbsp
Mayonaise – 1 tsp
Grated Cheese – 1/2 cup
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Green chilli paste – 1 tsp
Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Salt
Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp

(Making Process)
Take a mixing bowl
Add Curd – 1 tbsp,
Grated cheese – 1/2 Cup
Mix well.
Add Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste – 2 tsp
Salt
Mayonaise – 1 tsp
Mix well
Add Green chilli paste – 1 tsp
Add chicken – 250 gms
Coat chicken pieces uniformly.
Refrigerate to marinate for 1-2 hours.
Place a pan
Add oil for shallow fry.
Keep the flame on low.
Add marinated chicken.
Cook for 5- 7 mins.
Flip over.
Cook both sides.
Serve hot with green chutney.
