Bacon 3 slices
Cheddar 50 g
Green onion 20 g

Balsamic vinegar

PREPARATION
Mix the eggs with the salt, broccoli, chopped red bell pepper, bacon, shredded cheddar and
green onion.
Spread the olive oil in the waffle iron and pour the egg mix.
When ready, serve with balsamic vinegar on top and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
Beef 300 g
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Green bell pepper ½
Yellow bell pepper ½
Red bell pepper ½
Onion 1
Salt
Black pepper
Cheese 100 g

PREPARATION
Soften the beef and leave for a while.
Meanwhile, fry together the colorful bell peppers, onion, season everything with salt and black
pepper.
Place the veggie mix and cheese on the beef and roll. Do the same for the remaining beef

Put in the oven for 12 minutes at 230°C / 450°F.

PREPARATION
For the dressing blend together the parsley, salt, black pepper, red pepper, garlic, honey, lime
juice and olive oil.
Place the pre-cooked pasta in the large bowl, add the halved cherry tomatoes, corn, cut
avocado and pour the dressing.
Stir all together and serve.

Frozen black currant 50 g

Milk 100 ml
