Chicken 65 is hot and spicy delicious South Indian restaurant style starter prepared with boneless chicken.
The boneless chicken is marinated with spices and egg and then deep fried in oil.
It is then prepared by sautéing with garlic, curry leaves, green chilli, red chilli sauce, tomato sauce, cashews and spring onions.
The garlic and curry leaves used while sautéing gives amazing flavors.
Ingredients required for marination:
Boneless Chicken – 200g
Maida- 1 tsp
Corn flour – 1 tsp
Rice flour – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1/3 tsp
Jeera powder – 1/3 tsp
Kashmiri red Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt
Pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice – 2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Egg – 1

Garlic cloves – 8
Green chilli – 1
Curry leaves – 9
Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Red chilli sauce – 5 tsp
Lemon juice – 2 tsp
