Simple Lahori Chargha Recipe •
Ingredient •
Whole Chicken 1 or 2 kg*
Adrak lasan paste (Ginger garlic paste ) 1 tbs
Dahi ( yogurt ) 2 tbs
Oil 2 tbs
Chilli flakes 2 tbs
Shukha dhaniya ( coriander powder ) 2 tbs
Lal mirch ( Red chilli ) 2 tbs
Garam masala 1 tbs
Chat masal for taste
Salt 2 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbs
Sirka ( Vinegar ) 1 tbs full
Mix all ingredient well •
Add marks/cut in whole chicken.
In marination,add whole chicken,mix well and tie the chicken legs.
Let it marinate for 2/3 hours .
For Steam Cook •
In pot,add water and heat it,place steam rack and marinated whole chicken,cover and steam cook for 35-40 minutes and basting with the remaining marinade.
After steaming and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle chaat masala & serve. ?
