White Sauce Baked Chicken:

Ingredients
Chicken 20 pieces
Onion 1
Green chilies 3
Coriander leaves ½ bunch
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp heaped
Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
Salt 1 ½ tsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Tomato puree ½ cup
Oil ¼ cup
Roasted and crushed white cumin 1 tsp
Olive oil 3-4 tbsp
Butter for greasing

Ingredients for white sauce
Butter 2 tbsp
Flour 3 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Mustard powder ½ tsp
Milk 1 cup
Water 1 cup

Ingredients for mashed potatoes
Boiled and mashed potatoes 1 cup
Salt ¼ tsp
Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
Milk as required

Ingredients for garnishing
Boiled and sliced eggs 2
Boiled and mashed butter 1 tbsp
Bread crumbs 2 tbsp
Cheddar cheese ½ cup

Method
• For mashed potatoes, mashed boiled potatoes, add in salt and black pepper. Mix it well and add in milk as required to achieve the perfect consistency.
• Form a paste like consistency by grinding green chilies, coriander leaves and onion.
• Marinate chicken with this paste, salt, chili powder, ginger garlic, cumin, turmeric and vinegar. Keep it aside for 30 minutes for the flavors to absorb in.
• Heat oil, add marinated chicken and fry for 10 minutes.
• Add in tomato pure, cover and cook till chicken is tender.
• Prepare white sauce and keep aside.
• To assemble grease a pyrex dish, pour the chicken mixture, arrange with boiled egg slices, top with white sauce and decorate it with mashed potatoes.
• Sprinkle with bread crumbs and a hint of butter.
• Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
• Bake on 180°C for 20 minutes.
