RECIPE:
Ingredient Amount
For Chicken Marination
Chicken 1/2 Kg
Butter 4 Tbsps
Salt 1 Tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 Tsp
Red Kashmiri powder 1 Tbsp
Coriander powder 1 Tsp
Ingredient Amount
For Gravy
Butter 1 Tbsp
Onion 1 Large
Tomatoes 2 Large
All spices powder 1 Tsp
Red Kashmiri powder 1 Tbsp
Fenugreek leaves 1 Tsp
Cream 1/2 Cup
Ginger Garlic paste 1 Tbsp
PROCEDURE:
For Chicken Marination:
In a mixing bowl add chicken sprinkle salt, red chilli powder, red Kashmiri powder and coriander powder and mix them well, marinate it for half an hour.
In a frying pan add butter and cook the chicken until it’s ready to eat and set a side.
For Gravy:

In the same frying pan add butter, sliced onion and tomato cubes cook it for 5 minutes then add all spices powder, Kashmiri powder and fenugreek leaves cook it for another 5 minutes once it’s done then add half a cup of cream mix it well and cook it. Once it’s done serve it in a plate and enjoy eating.
