BEEF PHAAL / GREEN BEEF PHAAL
INGREDIENTS
-Beef -(thin sliced)
-Coriander leaves – 1cup
-Mint leaves – 1cup
-Spinach (palak) – 1cup
-Green chillies – (7-8)
-Lemon juice – 1tbsp
-Water – 2tbsp
-Turmeric powder – 1tsp
-Ginger Garlic paste – 1tsp
-Garam masala powder – 1tsp
-Cumin powder – 1/2tsp
-Coriander powder – 1/2tsp
-Salt (accordingly)
-Butter – 1tsp(room temperatured)
-Oil – 2tbsp
-Coal (for smoke) optional
METHOD
-In a grinder add a cup of coriander leaves, mint leaves, spinach, green chillies, lemon juice and water.
-grind it into a smooth paste then transfer it into a bowl.
-to that add turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt.
-Mix it well.
-then add thin sliced beef and coat the pieces evenly then cover the bowl.
-Marinate it for 30 minutes.
-heat the pan and add butter grease it well then add oil into it.
-then cook the beef on medium low flame on each side until the beef turns into a golden color.
-When the beef is done serve it with rice or roti.
