1000g beef
Salt 20g Sugar 20g Starch 100g Light soy sauce 10g
Black pepper 10g Green onion 50g Ginger 50g Casing

step:

4.少量多次加蔥薑汁,順時針方向攪拌10分鐘;
5.將製作好的牛肉餡用工具灌裝入腸衣中;
6.將灌裝好的香腸用細線分段打結;
7.下鍋煮1小時,撈起晾乾;
8.吃法:可煎可烤可蒸。

【牛肉炒米線】

配料:
米線、牛肉
白菜、韭菜、辣椒醬、耗油、醬油、菜籽油、鹽

步驟:
1.牛肉切粗粒;
2.白菜、韭菜切小段;
3.鍋中倒油燒高溫,加入牛肉炒1分鐘;
4.依次加入白菜、辣椒醬、米線、耗油、醬油、鹽;
5.最後加入韭菜,翻炒5分鐘;
6.牛肉炒米線開吃。
