GF ORANGE CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS:

Step 1 : MARINATION:
Gluten-free flour / rice flour – 1 cup
Corn flour – ½ cup
Salt – ½ tsp
Black pepper – ½ tsp
Baking powder – ½ tsp
Egg – 1
Water – 1 cup approx.
Oil – 2 tbsp
Chicken, boneless cubes – 250 g

Oil – for deep frying

Step 2:
Oil – 1 tbsp
Ginger – freshly minced, 1 tsp
Garlic, freshly crushed – 1 clove
Chili flakes – 1 tsp
Salt – ¼ tsp
Orange juice – fresh 1 cup
Gluten-free soy sauce – 1 tsp
Cornflour + water – paste
Sesame seeds for garnish
Spring onions for garnish

NOTE:
~ You can use all-purpose flour instead of gluten-free flour if you dont have dietary restrictions
~ if you want more gravy, double the quantities of all ingredients in step 2
~ You can also use mandarines if oranges are not available and can make mandarine chicken in a similar way
~ deep fry chicken in medium hot oil, so it can get tender properly.
