Sesame Broccoli Chicken :
Ingredients:
Ingredients for chicken marination
Chicken cubes 400 grams
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Egg 1
Flour 2 tbsp
Crushed black pepper ¾ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Oil for frying
Sesame seeds for garnishing
Ingredients for sauce
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Soy sauce 4 tbsp
Brown sugar 2 tbsp
Chicken stock ½ cup
Crushed black pepper ½ tsp
Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
Dissolved corn flour 1 tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Sesame seeds 1 tsp
Green onion 1 cup
Capsicums 1
Broccoli 1 cup
Steamed rice to serve
Tomato for plating
Spring onion for plating
Method:
• For marination of chicken, add all ingredients oil and sesame seeds and leave for some time.
• Fry this chicken in oil.
• For sauce heat oil and fry garlic.
• Then add vinegar, black pepper, soya sauce and brown sugar add and mix it.
• Mix together chicken stock and corn flour add until it thickens.
• Then add 2 tbsp oil, capsicums and broccoli; sauté on high flame.
• After this add fried chicken in the sautéed vegetables.
• Finally dish it out and then garnish it with onion and sesame seeds.
• Serve with steamed rice .
