Chicken – 600g.
Cashew nuts – 6.
Melon seeds – 1 tbsp.
Green chilli – 2.
Curd / Dahi – 2 tbsp.
Refined oil – 4 tbsp.
Butter – 1 tsp.
Onion paste – 2 large size.
Garlic paste – 2 tsp.
Ginger paste – 1 tsp.
Tomato paste – 1.
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp.
Coriander powder – 2 tsp.
Cumin powder – 2 tsp.
Red chilli powder – 1 & ½ tsp.
Salt to taste.
Sugar to taste.
Fenugreek leaves powder – 1 tsp.
Fresh cream – 3 to 4 tbsp.
Chopped boiled eggs – 2.
