Hi friends! Welcome to todays FALL BAKE WITH ME 2020 video! I’m so excited to get in the kitchen and make some memories with Brooks making all the yummy fall treats! Today we will be making Pumpkin Patch Dirt Cups, Chocolate Apple Turkeys, Mini Baked Pies, and Pumpkin Spice Snickerdoodle Cookies. SO GOOD! Brown Sugar filling: 3/4 C packed brown sugar, 2 TBS flour, 1/4 C fine chopped pecans, 1 TBS unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Stir in each 2 TBS melted butter and heavy cream.
Cinnamon Apple filling: 2 C chopped peeled apples, 1/2 C sugar, 3 TBS flour, 1 TBS each melted butter and lemon juice, 1 tsp cinnamon.
Pumpkin filling: in recipes above.
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins:
1 2/3 C flour, 1 C sugar, 1 tsp pumpkin spice, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 eggs, 1 C pumpkin puree, 1/2 C butter, 1/2 C milk chocolate chips, 1/2 C white chocolate chips.
(mix dry, then whisk eggs, add pumpkin, then softened butter: spray muffin liners, fill full, add more chips to top, bake 350 degrees for 20-25min) Makes 12 large muffins
