PEACH MELBA
INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Of Water
½ Cup Of Sugar
300 gr Raspberries
2 Tablespoon Powdered Sugar
2 Teaspoon Vanilla or 2 drops Vanilla Extract
Vanılla Ice Cream
4 Peach
DIRECTIONS:
How to make a peach melba recipe?
Start by peeling the peaches and cutting them in half.
Put the powdered sugar, vanilla and peaches into the pot.
Add water and boil for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Take it off the stove and let it cool.
Take the peaches out of the pot and place them on a paper towel.
For the sauce, puree the raspberries, powdered sugar and lemon juice in a food processor.
Place the peaches on the platter, put the vanilla ice cream in the grooves in the middle.
You can serve raspberry sauce by sprinkling it over and decorating it.
