Today I will be showing you how to make Chicken and Corn Soup. This is an easy and home made version of making a healthy chicken soup. Chowder is a kind of a stew, in other words it is a thickened soup with creamy base. It is a nice combination of tender chicken pieces, vegetables and other flavours and spices in it. It is perfect for lunch and even for dinners. It is very healthy and filling option to prepare at home.
Ingredients –

2 Tbsp butter
1 Medium onion chopped
1 Small carrot chopped into dices
Some celery chopped
1/2 Cup whole corns fresh/frozen
1/4 Cup corns crushed
1 Bay leaf
1 Medium potato diced into small pieces
1 Small red bellpepper chopped
1/2 Cup milk
1.5 Cups chicken stock/water
1/2 Cup small boneless chicken pieces
Salt to taste
1/2 Tsp dried thyme
Black pepper to season
3-4 Tbsp fresh cream
2 Tbsp all purpose flour
