Blueberry Oat
Makes 2 16oz servings
2 cups oat milk
1 cup cup rolled oats
2 ½ cups frozen blueberries
2 scoops protein powder
⅓ cup almonds, soaked overnight
Method:
Combine all ingredients into the bowl of a high powered blender starting with protein powder, almonds, oats, blueberries and finally the oat milk. Blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
Tropical Green Smoothie
Makes 2 -16oz servings
½ bunch kale
½ English cucumber, cut into chunks
½ cup frozen cauliflower
1 cup frozen mango
½ cup pineapple chunks + juice
2 scoops protein powder
½ cups orange juice
Method:
Combine all of the ingredients into the bowl of a high powered blender, starting with protein powder, then kale, cucumber, and the remaining ingredients adding the pineapple and orange juice last. Place the lid on the blender and blend ingredients until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Strawberry and Cream Smoothie
Makes 2 -16oz servings
3 cups frozen strawberries
1 ½ cup oat milk
1 cup rolled oats
2 scoops protein powder
½ can coconut cream
Method:
In the bowl of a high powered blender, add all of the ingredients starting with the protein powder, followed by the oats, strawberries, coconut cream and finally the oat milk. Secure the lid and blend on until smooth.
Notes: if you have sour strawberries add one tablespoon of maple syrup to sweeten.
