Chicken Pizza Pie
Pizza Sauce 150 gm
Chicken Cubes 250 gm
Cheese 100 gm
Grated cheddar cheese ½ cup
Olives as required
Chopped Mushrooms as required
Herb as required
Garlic Powder as required
Puff Pastry 500 gm
Flour for rolling out dough
Tomato cubes ½
Onion cubes ½
Capsicum ½
Egg for brushing
Method:
• Roll the puff pastry and place it in mould.
• Now make a layer of red sauce.
• Then add chicken cut in cubes, cheese, black olives, mushrooms and herbs.
• Give it the shape of pie and bake on bake at 170°C in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
• Lastly dust with garlic powder and serve.
