Smoothie Recipes
Strawberry Banana Smoothie
1 Cup Strawberry
1 Large Banana
2 Spoons of Honey
1 Cup Chilled milk
Add them into the blender and blend well

Carrot Orange Apple Smoothie
1 Cup Carrots ( Peeled and sliced)
1 Cup Orange
1 Cup Apple
1 Cup Ice Cubes
1 Spoon Honey
1/2 Cup orange juice (Optional)
Blend them well

Watermelon Apple Smoothie
1 Cup Watermelon
1 Cup Apple
Blend them with Ice Cubes

Pine apple and Mango Smoothie
1 Cup Mango
1 Cup Pine apple
1/2 Cup Almond milk
2 Spoons of Sugar
Add them to the blender

Green Smoothie
1/2 Cup Spinach
1 Kiwi
1 Avocado
1/2 cup Milk
1 Cup Green Apple
Blend them well with Ice Cubes

You can use frozen fruits/or fresh fruits with Ice Cubes for more thicker and creamier smoothie.

Serve them chilled
