Salt – Low sodium or potassium salt is available in the market. It can also be purchased online from Amazon etc.
Mustard oil and sunflower oil can also be used in high blood pressure.
Mustard oil may increase uric acid. Long-term use of soybean oil might cause blood sugar.
If you want to avoid high blood pressure, diabetes and uric acid all three, then use sunflower oil.
Some other oils, such as olive oil, are poisonous at high temperature and they are good for eating by sprinkling on salads etc. or eating those cooked at low temperatures.

सरसों तेल और सूरजमुखी का तेल भी high blood pressure में इस्तेमाल हो सकता है.
सरसों तेल से यूरिक एसिड बढ़ सकता है. सोयाबीन तेल लंबे समय तक इस्तेमाल करने से बल्ड शुगर हो सकता है.
अगर आप high blood pressure, diabetes और uric acid तीनो से बचना चाहते हैं तो सुरजमुखी का तेल इस्तेमाल करें.
कुछ दुसरे तेल जैसे ओलिव आयल हाई टेम्परेचर पर जहरीले होने लगते हैं और वो सलाद आदि पर छिड़क कर खाने या कम टेम्परेचर पर पकने वाले खाने के लिए ठीक होते हैं.
