INGREDIENTS & METHOD :
IN A BOWL ADD –
Chicken 750g – 1kg
Yogart – 1/4 cup
Salt – 1 tsp (or as required)
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Lemon juice – 1/2 – 1 lemon
Black pepper -1 tbsp (can increase or decrease if required)
Fresh coriander – 3 tbsp
Gharam masala – 1sp
MIX AND MARINATE FOR 30 MINUTES
FRY
Oil – 2 tbsp
Onion – 1 chopped (I have used previously fried onion as I had ran out of fresh).
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Green chilli – 1
FRY FOR A FEW MINUTES
ADD MARINATED CHICKEN AND MIX AND FRY FOR 3-5 MINUTE.
Butter – 1 tbsp
Water- 1/4 cup
COVER AND COOK UNTIL THE WATERDRIES UP – APPROX 15 MINUTES.
ADD
Double cream – 3 tbsp
COVER AND COOK FOR A FURTHER 10 MINUTES ON LOW HEAT.
GARNISH WITH FRESH CHILLI AND CORAINDER. SERVE WITH NAAN, CHAPATI OR RICE!
