Chicken Manchurian
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
Chicken:
• Chicken ½ kg cut in cubes
• Salt 1 tsp.
• Garlic 1 tbsp
• Black pepper ½ tsp
• Chili flakes 1 tbsp.
• Soya sauce 1 &1/2 tbsp.
• Corn flour 4 tbsp.
• Egg 1
• Oil for frying chicken
Gravy:
• Oil 2 tbsp.
• Garlic chopped 1 tbsp.
• Ginger chopped 1 tbsp.
• Green chili chopped 2-3
• Spring onion ¼ cup
• Capsicum cut in cubes 1
• Onion cut in cubes 1
• Salt 1 tbsp. or to taste
• Red chili powder ½ tbsp.
• Vinegar 1 tbsp.
• Soya sauce 1 tbsp
• Tomato Ketchup ¼ cup
• Sugar 1 tsp
• Water 1 cup
• Water 3 tbsp. + corn flour 2 tbsp.

Directions:
In a bowl take chicken and add salt, garlic, black pepper, chili flakes, soya sauce and mix well. Add corn flour and egg and mix well.
Deep fry chicken cubes in a wok and set aside.
For gravy, heat oil, add ginger and garlic saute and add green chili and spring onion and saute for 30 seconds. Add capsicum, onion and saute for 30 seconds. Add salt, red chili, vinegar, soya sauce, Tomato Ketchup, sugar and mix.
Add 1 cup water stir and add mixture of water and corn flour mix until gravy thickens. Dish out and serve with Chinese vegetable rice or garlic rice.

• Kali mirch ½ tsp
• Kuti huee lal mirch 1 tbsp.
• Soya sauce 1 &1/2 tbsp.
• Corn flour 4 tbsp.
• Anda 1
• Oil for frying chicken
Gravy:
• Oil 2 tbsp.
• Lehsan chopped 1 tbsp.
• Adrak chopped 1 tbsp.
• Hari mirch kati huee 2-3
• Hara pyaz ¼ cup
• Shimla mirch cut in cubes 1
• Pyaz cut in cubes 1
• Namak 1 tbsp. or to taste
• Lal mirch ½ tbsp.
• Sirka 1 tbsp.
• Soya sauce 1 tbsp
• Tomato ketchup ¼ cup
• Cheeni 1 tsp
• Pani 1 cup
• Water 3 tbsp. + corn flour 2 tbsp.

Directions:
Ek bowl main chicken, namak, lehsan, kali mirch, kuti lal mirch, soya sauce daal kar mix Karen. Phir corn flour aur anda shamil kar ke mix Karen. Ab tayar chicken ko deep fry kar ke alihda rakhlen.
Gravy keliye , oil len, lehsan adrak shamil Karen, hari mirch aur hara pyaz shamil karke 30 seconds fry karlen. Ab Shimla mirch aur pyaz shamil karke saute Karen 30 seconds keliye. Namak, lal mirch, sirka, soya sauce, ketchup, cheeni shamil karke mix Karen. 1 cup paani shamil Karen. Halka ubaal aane par pani main cornflour mix karke shamil karden. Gravy thick hojane par aanch pband karlen.
Mazedaar chicken Manchurian tayar hai.
