Ingredients:
Boneless chicken
Veggies
Ginger garlic paste
Turmeric Powder
Soya sauce
Pepper powder
Egg
Lemon
Oats
Methods:
• Boil chicken
• add 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
• Add 1 tbsp turmeric powder, soya sauce and salt as per taste.
• In a pan put 2 tbsp butter
• add veggies as per your choice, sauté it for 5 min
• add chicken stock
• add shredded chicken
• add 2-3 glass of water as required
• And salt as per your taste
• add 1 tbsp pepper powder
• add egg
• squeeze 1/2 lemon
• add 1 tbsp oats or if require add another spoon
• finally garnish with coriander leaves and kasuri methi.
• boil for 2 min and serve hot
