– chicken qeema ( 2 1/2 kg)
-onions chopped ( 2 large)
-ginger paste( 1 tbsp)
-garlic paste (1 tbsp)
-cumin powder ( 2 tbsp)
-coriander powder ( 2 tbsp)
-tikka masala ( 1 tbsp)
-chat masala ( 1 tbsp)
-red chilli powder ( 1 tbsp)
-kashmiri mirch ( 1 tsp)
-all purpose flour ( 10 tbsp)
-turmeric powder (1/2 tsp)
-ghee (4-5 tbsp).
