An extremely flavourful and famous Bengali recipe chicken rezala has a moghalai origin. It is full of delicate flavours because of exotic spices and rich ingredients. Chicken rezala is a perfectly balanced dish with neither too sweet sour or spicy taste. It is very delicate to the palate and creates a craving for more. Hence, usage of whole spcies, cashew and poppy seeds with a hint of kewda water takes it to another level. This dish is traditionally made with mutton but we are trying it with chicken here.
