Ingredients :
Chicken : ½ kg
Oil : ¾ Cup
Onion : 2 Chopped
Yogurt : ½ Cup
Salt : 1 tsp
Bay Leaves : 2
Cinnamon Sticks : 2
Green Cardamom Powder : 3
Red Chilli Powder : 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Cumin Powder : ½ tsp
Paprika Powder : ½ tsp
All Spices Powder : ½ tsp
Ginger and Garlic paste : 1 tsp
Almonds : 15
Nutmeg Powder : ¼ tsp
Mace Powder : ¼ tsp
Green Cardamom Powder : ¼ tsp
Clove Powder : ¼ tsp
Method :
1- Grind almonds with 2 tbsp water.
2- Take a pot add oil and preheat.
3- Add chopped onion and fry until the golden brown colour on medium flame.
4- Fry onion is set aside and add whole garam masala and ginger and garlic paste, mix it.
5- Add Chicken and fry until the colour changes.
6- Add 2 tbsp yogurt from ½ Cup .ix and cook for 8 minutes on medium flame.
7- Then add all ground spices , remaining yogurt , almonds paste mix and cook for 5 minutes on medium to high flame.
8- Then add ½ cup of water and cover for 8-10 minutes.
9- After that add crushed fry onion , Masala Powder mix it.
10- Turn off the flame.Add Kewra Essence.
11- #Chicken #Korma is ready to serve with Naan.
