Coffee Smoothie:

Ingredients:
Coffee 2 tsp
Milk ½ liter
Sugar 4 tbsp
Cocoa powder 1 tsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Ice as required
Chocolate for garnish
Mint leaves for garnish

Method:
In a blender add all the ingredients and blend well. Lastly pour into the serving glasses and garnish with chocolate and mint leaves. Serve chilled.

Baked Chicken Broast:

Ingredients:
Boneless chicken 2
Butter 50 gm
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
Garlic paste 2 tsp
Paprika powder 1 tsp
Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Chili sauce 4 tbsp
Oregano 1 tsp

Method:
Mark chicken pieces. Now in a bowl add crushed black pepper, salt, garlic paste, chili sauce, oregano, lemon juice and mix well. Marinate chicken pieces for half an hour. In a pan, heat butter and add in chicken. Lastly, bake it in an oven on180c for half an hour.

Nuggets Burger:

Ingredients:
Burger buns 4
Chicken nuggets 1 packet
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Tomato ketchup ½ cup
Red chili flakes ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Garlic 1 tbsp
Ice berg lettuce as required
Onion (sliced) 1
Tomato 1
Oil for frying

Method:
Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken nuggets. Then remove and set aside. Now in a bowl add mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, black pepper, salt, red chili flakes and garlic. Mix well. Then add mayonnaise mixture onto the first half of burger bun. Now add chicken nuggets. Then add more mayonnaise mixture on top. Now place ice berg lettuce, onion and tomato. Lastly cover the bun with another half. Serve.
