Ingredients:
1 KG Chicken
For Chicken marination :
5 Table spoon of Curd
2 Diced Onions and Tomatoes
Ginger( 3 small pieces), Garlic (11 pods) & Green Chili(2) – Make a paste
2 tea spoon Chicken Tandoori powder
2 tea spoon Red Chili powder
1 tea spoon Turmeric powder
Salt (as per taste)
1/2 tea spoon Chat Masala (Optional)
For Fry:
Oil for Frying
1 Bay Leave
1 Dry Chilli
1/2 inch Cinnamon
2 Cardamom
1 Tea Spoon of Cumin seeds
1/2 Tea spoon of Sugar
Salt (as per taste)
Water (as per your need)
