Here’s the recipe:
MONTEGO BAY
2 oz. (60ml) Jamaican Rum
½ oz. (15ml) Banana Liqueur
¾ oz. (22ml) Cinnamon Syrup
¾ oz. (22ml) Cream
1 oz. (30ml) Lemon
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Cinnamon Tincture
Garnish: Mint Sprig, Cinnamon Powder
PREPARATION
1. Combine ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake well.
2. Strain mix into a glass over crushed ice.
3. Garnish with a mint sprig and cinnamon powder. Enjoy responsibly!
