Ingredients:

Brown Rice 2 Cups (Soaked for 2 hours)
Chicken Stock 4 Cups
Boneless Chicken 1/2 Kg
Low-fat Yogurt 1 Cup
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Cumin 1/2 tsp
Pink Salt 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
Green Chilli 6
Oil 1 tbsp

Direction:

Step 1: Take a pot and add oil and then add Onion and fry it until it become into golden brown color. After that add cumin and slightly fry it and then add Ginger Garlic Paste and slightly fry it and then add Boneless Chicken and cook it on medium flame until it become into white color.

Step 2: After that add Pink Salt, Green Chilli (cut into 2 pieces) and stir it on medium flame. After that use low flame and add Low-fat Yogurt and stir it and cover with lid and cook it for 5 minutes on medium to low flame.

Step 3: After that remove lid and stir it on high flame and add Garam Masala Powder and stir it on high flame for 2 minutes.

Step 4: After that add Chicken Stock and boiled it on high flame and then add Brown Rice and stir it and cover with lid and cook for 15 minutes on medium flame.

Step 5: After that remove lid and slightly stir it and then cover with lid and cook for 15 minutes on very low flame. After that remove lid and serve it. Your Diet Chicken Pulao is Ready.
