Ingrediants: Chopped Ginger (as required), Chopped Garlic (3 to 4), Green Chilli (2), Yougurt (2 table spoon), Onion (1), Black Cardamom (1 or 2), Black Pepper (6), Cumin Crushed (1/2 tea spoon), Dried Coriander Crushed (1/2 tea spoon), Vegetable Oil (1/4 cup), Turmeric Powder (1/2 tea spoon), Red Chilli Crushed (1/2 tea spoon), Tomatoe (1), Minced Beef (1/2 kg), Salt (as required).
Recepie: Heat oil in a pot. Put the beef in it and cook for 5 until it becomes light brown. Add crushed red chilli, Crushed Cumin, crushed dried coriander, turmeric powder, yougurt, tomatoe, salt, chopped green chillis and chopped ginger. Now Stir it until it color gets a little dark. Then add chopped garlic and onions and mix it well. Let ir cook on slow heat for 5 minutes and then take it out in a dish. For toppings use tomatos and coriander and enjoy the quick, easy, simple and tasty minced beef.
