Spicy Dragon Chicken|| Indo Chinese Starter Recipe|| Chicken Starters Recipe ||Restaurent style dragon chicken recipe with regular ingredients available at home.
Chicken strips marinated, fried and sautéed in a spicy and tangy sauce. Serve dragon chicken as an appetizer or as a side dish with chicken fried rice or Vegetable fried rice or any Asian rice preparation. One of my favorite appetizer in Indochinese restaurants. Quick and delicious dish. You are gonna love this!
Ingredients for Dragon Chicken:
(Indo Chinese Starter Recipe)
To marinate chicken:
Chicken breast – 250 gms (cut into 2-inch stripes)
Pepper powder – ½ tsp
Salt – ½ tsp
For batter:
All-purpose flour/Maida – 4 tsps
Corn flour – 2 tsps
Pepper powder – 2 tsps
Baking powder – ½ tsp
Salt – ¼ tsp
Egg – 1
Chilled water – 4 tbsps
To sauté:
Oil – for deep frying
Fried Cashew nuts – handful
Onion – 1 small (thinly sliced)
Green bell pepper – 1 small (sliced)
Orange bell pepper – 1 small (sliced)
Chopped garlic – 5 cloves
Dry red chillies – 4 (halves)
Red chilli sauce – 2 tsps
Tomato sauce – 1 tsp
Soy sauce – 1 tsp
Spring onions – 1 tbsp (chopped)
Sesame seeds – 1 tsp
Salt – ½ tsp
