1 tbsp Peanut Butter
2 tbsp erythritol or sweetener of choice to taste
200 ml unsweetened Soy- or Almond Milk (0 carbs)
1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
1.5 tbsp Chia Seeds
7-8 Raspberries or Berries of Choice
One can vary sweetner according to personal preferences.
