•Butter – for tawa fry

For the cooking:

•Sunflower oil – 1tblspn
•Cinnamon – 2
•Cardamom – 6-7
•Bayleaf
•Garlic – 10
•Green chilly – 4-5
•Water – as need to boil

STEP -2
•Butter – 1.5tblspn
•Cardamom – 5-6
•Ginger garlic paste – 1tblspn
•Kashmiri chilly powder – 1tblspn
•Boiled tomatoes to paste – (Step -1)
•Cashews – 100g (paste)
•Readymade Tomato paste – 2tblspn
•Salt – as needed
•Kasuri methi – 1tblspn
•Sugar – 1tspn
•Thick cream / Fresh cream -100ml
•Tawa fried chicken
